Deadlines
- 20 September 2012: abstract submission
- 31 August - 30 September 2012: abstract revision process (by session organizers and scientific committee) and selection of abstracts for oral presentation
- 30 September: final registration for authors (at least one per paper). Authors not registered by that date will have their paper deleted from the Book of Abstract
- 30 September: early registration deadline
- 10 October: submission of the final version of the abstracts
- 10 October: final programme
- 24-26 October: Congress. Registration will still be possible at the full rate until the symposium date but without publication of abstracts. Registration on-site during the congress will not be possible
